Mobius Table 名稱與設計構想來自於數學幾何神奇的 “Möbius band"：1858年德國數學家 August Ferdinand Möbius 和 Johann Benedict Listing 發現一張簡單的紙條，能以彎折的方式成為不止正反兩面的3度空間。
